Hosts determine the cancellation and refund policies for most properties in our marketplace. If you want to make changes outside the cancellation policy window, contact the host via your traveler account.
You can request to modify your trip dates through your Guestly account or use our secure messaging system to communicate directly with the host.
Some reservations may be eligible for self-service cancellation via your account in My Trips. If you don’t see the button to cancel, contact the host.
You might also have limited trip protection if you booked using certain credit cards. Contact your bank or credit card issuer to see what coverage might be available to you.
The Book with Confidence program is designed to protect you from fraudulent listings and property misrepresentation. It doesn't cover cancellations due to unforeseeable circumstances, such as COVID-19.
We strongly recommend that all guests and hosts follow health and safety information from health officials, as well as travel advisories from local authorities.
